Udecode services
Udecode provides online tools, software features and, where offered, custom web development and digital solutions. Features, limits and availability may change as the platform evolves.
Accounts
Where an account is required, you are responsible for maintaining appropriate account security and for activity performed through your account. You must provide information that is accurate enough for the service to operate.
Acceptable use
You must not use Udecode to violate applicable law, infringe another person's rights, abuse infrastructure, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious content or interfere with the normal operation of the service.
Tool usage
Tools are provided for their intended purposes. Results from automated tools should be reviewed for your particular use case. Udecode does not represent that every tool result will be suitable for every business, legal or technical decision.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans are subject to the plan, billing interval, usage limits and price presented at checkout. Payments may be processed by Razorpay. Subscription lifecycle events may be managed through the payment provider and Udecode's billing system.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund handling is subject to the applicable plan terms, transaction status and any refund policy presented by Udecode. A request does not automatically guarantee a refund.
Intellectual property
Udecode and its licensors retain rights in the website, software, branding, content and underlying technology except for materials that you independently own or are expressly licensed to you.
Third-party services
Udecode may integrate third-party services including payment, analytics, advertising, authentication and security providers. Their own terms may apply to the relevant portion of the service.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, modify, suspend or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We may also update these terms as the service changes. The latest version published on this page will apply to future use.
